She (Jennifer Lawrence) and he (Javier Bardem) lead seemingly idyllic life in an isolated paradise. However, their relationship is subjected to a test when a man (Ed Harris) and a woman (Michelle Pfeiffer), uninvited, appear in their home.
The answer to the door knock will cease the peaceful existence of both. But to the door knock more guests. The mother will be forced to verify everything she knows about love, devotion and sacrifice.

Genialna, niezwykle intrygująca wizja.
Film bardzo poplątany, wątki się nie trzymają niczego. Na początku nic się nie dzieje a później nie wiadomo o co chodzi ani jakie jest przesłanie filmu. Chwilami to nawet jest śmieszne ale to miał być horror. Odradzam.

dla elity intelektualnej, a nie
dla normalnych ludzi...

Omiac szerokim łukiem. Pisze to z sali kinowej i modlę się żeby ten gniot się skończył.
Fatalny. Przesadzony do granic możliwości, irytujący, momentami wręcz śmieszny. Miał być metaforą a wyszło żałosne wyolbrzymienie tematu. Przychylam się do powyższego komentarza: strata czasu i pieniędzy.
Najgorszy film jaki miałam okazje obejrzeć w kinie, zero, szkoda czasu i pieniędzy, zwiastun zachęcił ale niestety mega rozczarowanie. Nie polecam
