A film adaptation of Swedish detective stories for children about the adventures of police toad commissioner Gordon and his deputy - Paddy Mouse. During the investigation, Gordon catches a hungry mouse in the act. He quickly realizes that Paddy couldn't steal nuts. There is one law of the forest. Being nice is legal. Being unpleasant is not - says the Commissioner and asks an ingenious mouse for help in the investigation. Soon, when she proves her skills, she appoints her as his successor. Unfortunately, the new challenge can be paddy. Will they be able to capture those responsible for crimes in the forest?
